We are passionate about future technologies and believe that everyone should be able to continue work from anywhere in the world. We don’t plan to offer an internally hosted version of StarAgent. We hope you trust us to provide a robust and secure service so that you can focus on getting value out of our platform!

Yes. StarAgent is optimised for use on any smartphone. We also have mobile apps tailor-made for your Models and talents on both iOS and Android platforms.
There is no need to install any software. You can continue to work as long as you have access to the internet and a modern browser like Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
Security & Privacy
Staragent offers secure backups to keep your data safe and sound. We backup all data on a daily basis for all our plans.
At Staragent we take the security of your data very seriously; it’s our job to make sure that your data remains secure. We can’t go into specifics for obvious reasons. But rest assured we are using the best in class security systems and processes, supported by many layers of encryption and protection, in order to help you sleep at night.
Mobile Apps
Yes. It is free for the talents/models to use. But do note that you need to subscribe to our Premium plan to let your talents use this feature.
It is available on both iOS and Android platforms.
The mobile app is for models and talents your agency represents. This App will help you keep in touch with them via the built-in Chat system. Also, every time there is a Casting call, they will get a notification and can Accept or Decline via the app. If you have booked a model for a shoot, they will get auto reminders so that they never miss an appointment.

We can help you migrate your existing data to StarAgent from older systems. Even if you are currently running your agency using pen and paper, Excel sheets, Google Drive, Dropbox or other booking systems, our experts can help migrate it over to StarAgent. Usually, this process takes about 5-7 days.
